A complete automatic powder coating line consists of following parts:
1.Pre-treatment equipment: the workpiece to be powder coated to do degreasing, descaling, decontamination, de-graying and other pre-treatment (commonly used spray, tank dipping, sand blasting, shot blasting, etc.);
2.Powder spraying equipment has electrostatic powder coating machine (automatic spraying machine and reciprocator), powder coating booth, powder recycling system (ordinary cartridge recycling device, mono-cyclone recycling device, etc.);
3. Powder curing oven (box-type, straight tunnel type, bridge type);
4. Conveyor system (hanging chain type, power and free type, floor type);
5. Heating system (electricity, coal, diesel, natural gas, liquefied gas, etc.);
