Skid conveyor system is a combination of skids, roller beds, liftable roller beds, electric shifters, transverse shifters, accumulatable conveyors, double-row process conveyors, elevators and many other basic units. Skid conveyor system relies on skids to realize the transportation of workpieces.

These components work synergistically to transport products via specially designed skid pallets that securely hold workpieces throughout the coating process cycle.

1. The skid conveyor can adapt to the changing process requirements, such as a line of skids and workpieces according to process needs can be divided into two lines of transportation, or two or three lines into one line of transportation, etc., diversion, merging are more convenient.

2. The skid conveyor can change the transportation spacing according to the process needs, such as the transportation spacing of the paint spraying room area and the transportation spacing of the drying room area can be different.

3. The skid conveyor can place a large number of storage lines for the lunch break or off-duty time equipment emptying, so as to ensure uninterrupted painting production.

4. The skid conveyor can utilize the elevator to realize the multi-layer three-dimensional space arrangement, for example, in order to save energy, the accumulative ground conveyor can only rely on the climbing slope to realize the needs of the bridge-type drying room, while the skid conveyor can be vertically lifted to meet the needs of the “П” type drying room.

5. Empty skids can be stored in stacks, and 3-5 skids can be placed in each stack, which effectively reduces the number and area of empty skid storage lines.

6. The skid conveyor has no underground work, all equipment is placed above ground, thus reducing construction costs.
