What is the difference between cataphoresis and electrophoresis?

Cataphoresis generally is to refer to cathodic e-coating that has significantly better resistance to corrosion. Both processes are immersion or wet coating in an electrically charged field.
Yes, multiple size parts can be finished in the same run provided the rack and fixture designs are accurate.
Typically when finishing steel a zinc or iron phosphate conversion will need to be applied. For aluminum an alternative to conventional chromate or phosphate treatments, chromium-free methods will be used.
