The Industrial E-Coat paint system uses a controlled AC/DC voltage to uniformly deposit a water-based E-Coat onto metallic substrates. Each piece will be uniformly coated, in a range of 15 to 25 microns, with excellent corrosion protection.

Consistent coverage on complex geometries

Electrophoretic deposition would ensure consistent/even coverage in areas such as internal voids, seams, and internal features, thereby reducing areas that are left uncoated.

Production consistency/stability

Real-time monitoring of the chemical bath through PLC and SCADA controls will ensure that adequate film thickness will be delivered to between 500 and 5,000 pieces per shift.

Cost and Ecologically responsible

Ultrafiltration recovery will result in significantly less waste from coating materials, and use of closed loop rinse systems will improve paint usage and reduce the amount of waste generated from the process.
