Precaution

1.Surface treatment of hardware should be thorough: oil, oxides, rust, etc. on the surface of hardware should be removed, otherwise it will affect the adhesion and quality of the coating.

2.The primer should be even: the primer should be evenly coated without any omission or overlapping, otherwise it will affect the quality of the coating.

3.The intermediate coating should be transparent: the intermediate coating should ensure the transparency, otherwise it will affect the color and gloss of the hardware.

4.The top coat should be fully dry: the top coat should be fully dry, otherwise it will affect the quality and durability of the coating.

5.Choose the right coating: different hardware needs to choose different coatings, otherwise it will affect the quality and effect of the coating.

FAQ

What types of parts can be painted in an electroless coating line?

Electroless coating will primarily paint ferrous materials (steel and iron) however it can also electro coat non-ferrous materials like aluminum with proper pretreatment.
Electroless coating will produce a more consistent coating thickness with a higher transfer rate and has greater corrosion resistance than spray coatings, especially on complex shapes and internal cavities.
