What is cathodic electrodeposition coating?

It is an immersible process that utilizes charged paint particles to deposit on a conductive substrate through an electric field, providing a uniform and corrosion resistant film.
Yes. Mixed loads of different sized component coatings can be done at the same time with appropriate racks and agitation of the coating bath.
Steel substrates normally use zinc or iron phospate conversion pretreatments, while aluminum substrates will use cromium free equivalents. All substrates should be properly degreased and rinsed.
Yes, It uses water based coatings, a closed loop rinse system, and ultrafiltration to reduce waste; also to reduce VOC emissions and reduce danger from hazardous materials.
