How does the liquid paint line guarantee the quality of its finishes?

Quality inspections are performed using automated inspection systems that measure; thickness of the finish ± 5 microns, adhesion of the coating ≥ 4B per the Scratch Method and the level of gloss in order to ensure that it meets the required industrial standards.

Will the liquid paint line meet the environmental emission requirements?

The spray booth's ventilation system has low pressure and a filtering system to remove pollutants and improve safety in the work area.
